SAEDI Consulting, in joint venture with AAE, has been hired by CCCCCC to enhance Saint Kitts and Nevis’ national capacity to enable a sustained and long-term implementation of NDC priorities for effective climate resilient building and low emission development. Under this assignment, both teams work on:-Enhancing gender and social inclusion mainstreaming and awareness to support a gender-sensitive approach to the implementation of the NDC.- Transferring knowledge and enhancing technical capacity across ministries, departments, CSOs, private sector, academia, and women's groups to support vulnerability assessments, adaptation and mitigation planning, ecosystem-based adaptation, and climate finance access.For this, AAE together with SAEDI Consulting, develops and conducts:

- A Climate Gender Gap Assessment and Action Plan with policy recommendations.

-A KAP assessment with climate change and NDC awareness.

-An NDC climate and gender awareness strategy for the energy, water, agriculture, health, and coastal zone developed for enhanced NDC implementation and awareness raising infographics prepared.

- Workshops on the results of the NDC Awareness Strategy.A Capacity and Training Needs Assessment of personnel.

- Capacity building workshops focused on project development, conducting vulnerability assessment, adaptation and mitigation, planning, ecosystem-based adaptation, and climate finance access for sectors under the NDC implementation Plan.
