The objective of this consultancy was to ensure the long-term sustainability of reporting within the Readiness Results Management Framework (RRMF). AAE updated and ensured the quality and consistency of the Readiness logframes and project budgets with the corresponding RRMF results, products and indicators. This included the necessary modifications to align with the RRMF, being reflected in the Project and Portfolio Management System (PPMS) where necessary.
The overall objective was to improve the effectiveness and clarity of reporting mechanisms, thus contributing to strengthening support for the readiness of entities in the context of climate action and sustainable development.
