The Global Environment Facility (GEF) required a Terminal Evaluation (TE) for the full-sized project: “Safeguarding biodiversity in the Galapagos Islands by enhancing biosecurity and the enabling environment for the restoration of Galapagos Island ecosystems”. A senior consultant at AAE worked with an international evaluation expert to review all the documents generated by the project, conduct key informant interviews and visit the project areas to produce the TE report to be presented to the donor according to their formats and needs.
