Long Term Agreement for the Review and Rectification of Green Climate Fund Results and Project Management Data
AAE has been contracted by the GCF under a long-term agreement (LTA) to provide consultancy services for the review and rectification of GCF results and project management data. Since 2019, AAE has been a strategic partner of the GCF, collaborating to assist the Secretariat in organizing the project portfolio.
This assignment supports the critical phases of GCF’s data transformation initiative, including the analysis of missing data, as well as the review, validation, cleaning, mapping, and rectification of existing results and project-related data from current funded activities (FAs) and Readiness grants, which are stored in various formats.
The goal is to create a comprehensive data inventory for FAs and the Readiness grants portfolio and to deliver an updated, clean version of these datasets. This will enable the GCF to consolidate all data into a single depository location, specifically the integrated portfolio management system (iPMS).
This foundational work will not only support the migration of current data but also facilitate future expansion with additional data from GCF projects and programmes, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Secretariat monitoring and management data functions.
