Strategic Planning

AAE supports the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) and the Sustainable Development Unit of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in developing institutional instruments to operationalize the National Technical and Climate Change Coordination Committee (NTCCCC), funded by the Green Climate Fund.

Key outcomes include:

  • a Five-Year Work Plan
  • an Operations and Procedures Manual,
  • a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework
  • a Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy.

This collaboration marks an important step in strengthening Saint Vincent and the Grenadines’ capacity to meet its international climate commitments and to build a more transparent, resilient, and climate-ready governance system.
