Strategic Planning

The main objective of this study is to establish the necessary baseline for monitoring progress and evaluating the results of the project "Adaptation to Climate Change and Promotion of Sustainable Land Management through Productive Rural Communities in Timor-Leste." This consultancy seeks to measure the initial state of the project's key indicators in the communities of the Dasidara and Laclo river basins, employing various methodologies including beneficiary surveys, knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) studies, primary and secondary data collection, and mapping using geographic information systems (GIS). This will serve as fundamental support for monitoring implementation and future impact evaluations.
