More than 30 years of professional experience, mostly in cooperation to development. With responsibilities in different areas of action: direction of field projects (AECID, UE), sectorial coordination of central offices, design of programs and strategies of cooperation in Latin America and the Mediterranean, responsable of microcredit programes and systems of popular savings, formulation and evaluation of sustainable development projects related to eradication of poverty.
Has been professor at diverse postgraduate courses (Complutense de Madrid, Autónoma de Madrid, Rey Juan Carlos I de Madrid, Católica San Antonio de Murcia, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras) in modules related to cooperation for development and environmental issues. Has prepared courses about participation and resolution of conflicts for business and public institutions.
As specialist in moderation of workshops, que has training from GTZ and UE in participatory techniques of moderación for ZOPP workshops and Logical Framework, extended and updated techniques and and methodologies in the Master for International Resolution of Conflicts from UOC, and the course of Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming. Has designes and moderated dozens of workshops, where the main objective was achieving consensus among different stakeholders, in many occasions having open conflicts among participants.
