Independent Consultant since he founded and is now Director of “Menos Dos Grados Consultores”, consultancy firm settled in Guadalajara México. Has been leader of projects and carbon markets at the National Forestry Commission, Mexico and was Economic Advisor and Consultant for UNEP/ROLAD Project in Panama, where he had to develop and implement advisory services at the national and regional level, conceptualize, frame and develop macro-economic and sectorial assessments in selected countries among other duties.
Main interests: relationship of the environment with development and economy, public environmental policy.
