Expert in policies of International Cooperation for Development, has an experience of over 20 years of work. In the last decade has served as an evaluator of projects and programs in the Latin American region, in particular in the framework of assessment policies of the United Nations and the European Union. Evaluation work has been carried out in El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay. Has extensive experience in the application of methods and approaches of analysis applied to evaluations, the quality control of the methodological process of the evaluation
